Shelf-Stable Original Oat Milk

I never have to worry about finishing a carton before it goes bad anymore, which is huge since I only use it in coffee. The ingredient list is so short—just oats, water, and salt—and it still tastes creamy enough to make my morning latte feel indulgent.

Stocked up a whole shelf in my pantry and the tetra packs stay perfect even in the heat of summer. The texture is surprisingly creamy for having no thickeners or oils, just oats, water, and salt. This is my go-to for coffee and cereal now.
